John Hansen, an operations’ executive with experience directing Federal contract teams, supporting business development efforts, and driving organizational improvement, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Knowesis, Inc. (Knowesis) Operations.
In his new role, John’s primary focus is “taking care of Knowesis’ staff so they can take care of our customers,” said Hansen. “Process improvements for customer support, increased capacity, and some structural enhancements are top of my list, as well.”
Steve Flowers, Knowesis Chief Operations Principal said, “With John, we have added depth to our corporate services team, and installed a leader for our operations and Federal healthcare customers.”
