Team ACTT Awarded Service Contract in support of Army National Guard Strength Maintenance Division

Knowesis, in partnership with Applied Computer Training & Technology, Inc. (ACTT) and Johnson Technology Services, Inc (JTSi), are the awardees of a comprehensive administrative, technical, and analytical services support contract in support of the Army National Guard Strength Maintenance Division (ARNG-HRR). The mission of the ARNG-HRR is to provide customer support to the greater ARNG recruiting and retention activities by ensuring optimized and timely distribution of resources in the recruitment, training, and retention of qualified candidates. This mission is critical to ensure adequate manpower thresholds are sustained within the ARNG.

This contract support effort aims to deliver administrative, analytical, and reporting support to various recruitment and training branches of the ARNG-HRR. Team Knowesis will leverage its strong understanding of the ARNG and human capital environments to provide assessments of current processes and frameworks and propose recommendations for optimization and performance improvement through the implementation of industry best practices and effective practices used elsewhere within the U.S. military.

Team Knowesis is privileged to assist ARNG-HRR in its objective to ensure that the ARNG is always deployment ready anywhere in the U.S. with the skills, training, and resources necessary to carry out its mission. “We are excited to embark on the opportunity to support ARNG’s recruiting and retention and attrition management efforts, all of which are key pillars in ANRG’s overall mission,” said Katie Grow, current Knowesis Oversight Project Manager.
