Our Work

Knowesis, in partnership with Applied Computer Training and Technology, provides analytical, operational, and reporting services in support of the Army’s SM division.

 

Specifically, Knowesis professionals provide technical and administrative support for the following divisions: the Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC) Section, Accessions Branch, Recruiting Standards Branch, Recruiting Operations Branch, Resources Management Branch, and Headquarters Section.

 

Knowesis staff also provide budget analysis services, marketing and advertising, travel management services, office management services, and helpdesk support for the Store Front Recruiting Office and Interstate Transfer Program.

 

Our Results

Knowesis supports the core functions of the Army’s SM division by generating key reports, providing exceptional organizational vacancy management, driving quality control and process improvement, leading multiple helpdesks in support of HRR, and fostering data driven decisions through data analytics, statistical reports and analysis, and metrics-based projections.

 

Knowesis staff work closely with Deputy Chief of Staff G-1 personnel, State Recruiting and Retention Battalions, Initial Active-Duty Training Managers, Regional Recruiting Managers, and the Human Resources Command to monitor and report ARNG quality goals at the national level.

  • The Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention (ARNG HRR) division has the challenge of providing customer support to all 54 States and Territories in the United States, supporting the ARNG mission. HRR provides the States, Territories, and District of Columbia with the resources to recruit, train, and retain the highest qualified and most diverse team of fighting forces in the world. This requirement supports the core functions of the Army’s Strength Maintenance (SM) division with key reports, organizational vacancy management, and data analytics within multiple sections and functional areas.
